G7 Information Society Conference February 1995

The Group of 7 (G7) leading industrial nations, held a conference on the Information Society in Brussels on 25th - 26th February 1995.

This was a landmark event. In parallel with the conference, a showcase of pioneering examples of Internet and allied technologies was assembled to demonstrate to the world's leaders the enormous potential of these technologies to affect our lives.

The transport showcase exhibits were coordinated on behalf of the European Commission by John Miles.
